Our RIBA chartered architects liaise closely with clients prior to our delivery of special needs architecture projects in Newmarket, Essex, Suffolk and other surrounding areas. We host full design and consultancy conferences direct from our practice, in which we identify the bespoke needs of clients, and plan the creation, modification or renovation of a specific building accordingly.
We use computer-aided design (CAD) drawings to give an accurate insight into how the building will look upon completion, also taking health and safety regulations into account, as well as the energy efficiency of the environment.
Care Homes & DDA Compliant Architecture
There are many regulations in place regarding designing living facilities for the physically impaired. When designing special needs projects such as care homes, assisted living residential builds or new builds with disability access, we take into consideration DDA regulations. To do this we carry out DDA consultations to determine what needs to be implemented to make a new build or existing building accommodate for those with disabilities.
